The edge of the gap in the distribution of Yang-Lee zeros at on the imaginary magnetic field axis in ferromagnets above is essentially a critical point. In terms of the edge exponents and , the density of zeros obeys , with . Classical behavior () occurs for . The appropriate field-theoretic renormalization group entails a coupling and, with , yields for all . This correlates well with refined series estimates for and and with exact results for ().
