Abstract
We present revised factors based on our previously published measurements, using a more detailed target analysis and improved stopping powers. Extrapolating our data below the resonance to solar energies using the latest cluster model calculations of Descouvemont, we find that (expt) 0.7(theor) eV b. Fitting all modern, low-energy data with the same theory, we find a “best” value of (expt) 0.7(theor) eV b.
