Abstract
Excited states of were populated through decay and studied through γ-ray spectroscopy at the Yale Moving Tape Collector. Extensive data led to improved information on the electromagnetic decay properties of low-spin states and to a substantially revised level scheme. The structural observables of are compared with those of the other nearby isotones and to predictions of the model for nuclei in the spherical-deformed transition region.
