Abstract
A new isomeric state has been identified at 302.2 keV excitation in populated by the and reactions at the energies MeV, MeV, and MeV. The decay scheme was investigated by pulsed-beam -ray spectroscopy. Its g factor was measured by the time-differential perturbed angular distribution method in external magnetic field. The isomer properties ns, and were determined. The transition strength and the g factor indicate a superposition of single-particle and collective contributions. The g factor has been determined for the keV 178 ns isomeric state in
