Abstract

In this reply we explain that the Comment of Fedorov, Cobis, and Jensen is misleading. First of all, there are different renormalization procedures of two-body αn potentials involved in the ground state and continuum calculations of ours and the authors of the Comment. Secondly, the authors of the Comment erroneously advocate the use of effective interactions fitted for a truncated basis in calculations with extended bases.
