Abstract

The behavior of W176 at high angular momentum was investigated through both spectroscopy of the discrete and correlation measurements of the continuum γ rays. The γγ coincidence data were taken with a detection system consisting of two Compton-suppressed Ge(Li) counters. First and second moments of inertia were derived from the data.
