Abstract

The 16 MeV level reported in the Li6(γ,p) cross section has been found to result from oxygen contamination.

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Li6(e,p),Ex=16 MeV,measured σ(θ,E). Deduced Li6(γ,p) σ(θ). No state at 16.1 MeV.
