Abstract
The isotope produced in the reaction at a beam energy of 198.7 MeV was reinvestigated via the -spectroscopic method. A new -decaying state in has been observed with an energy and with a half-life . The spin parity of the state is tentatively suggested to be (). The energy and half-life of the () ground state are measured to be and , respectively. The reduced width, inferred from the present data, fits well into the systematics for isotones.
