$S$-Wave Dipion Production by Colliding Electron Beams

The feasibility of experimentally determining the $S$-wave $\pi \pi$ phase shifts in the reaction $e^{-}+e^{-}\to e^{-}+e^{-}+{\pi }^{+}+{\pi }^{-}$ is investigated.
