Abstract
Experimental data on the value of conduction electrons in InSb are presented for concentrations over the range 3.6×/ to 1.5×/ at 9 and 35 Gc/sec. Agreement with existing theory is fairly good. The experimental effective mass for the electrons at is . Linewidth-versus-concentration data are included, the narrowest lines (0.3G) occurring at about 5×/. Also included are estimates placing an upper limit of 5× sec on the electron spin-lattice relaxation time .
