Abstract
The possibility is discussed that the exchange interaction gives rise to a bound state between the conduction electrons and a localized spin, and it is shown that a singlet bound state is realized for the case of antiferromagnetic exchange interaction. It is therefore concluded that the logarithmic divergence which appears in the perturbation expansion is connected with the appearance of this bound state.
