$K^{+}\Lambda$ production by the weak charged current

We improve upon a recent calculation by Shrock for weak production of $K^{+}\Lambda$ by including the effect of final-state interaction. The final-state interaction enhances the theoretical cross section, thereby bringing it closer to the experimental number for this cross section.
