Abstract
Using a color-dependent harmonic-oscillator quark-quark interaction incorporating the saturation property at the three-quark level and of the same strength as provides the baryonic spectrum, a six-quark wave function, antisymmetric with regard to both and cluster interchanges, is constructed as an explicit solution of a six-body Schrödinger equation. Applications to elastic and deep-inelastic scattering reveal good agreement with the data without adjustable parameters.
