Two-photon processes and production of charmed-quark-antiquark bound states

Abstract

We investigate the possibility of observing even-charge-conjugation states of charmonium in the reaction e++ee++e+X. The cross sections for paracharmonium I and II are explicitly calculated to be 1033 cm2 to 1035 cm2 and depend on specific models. Cross sections for production of a pair of charmed bosons are also evaluated.
