Abstract
The half-lives of three -decaying states of have been measured with the GRIFFIN -ray spectrometer at the TRIUMF-ISAC facility to be , , and , respectively. The first observation of rays following the decay of into is reported. The -delayed neutron emission probability is determined to be for the state and from the combined and states of observed in this experiment. A significant expansion of the decay scheme of , including 17 new excited states and 35 new -ray transitions in is also reported. This leads to large changes in the deduced -branching ratios to some of the low-lying states of compared to previous work with implications for the strength of the first-forbidden transitions in the vicinity of doubly magic .
