The $1d_{5/2}$ single-particle state and widths in ${}^{14}\mathrm{O}$ and ${}^{15,16}\mathrm{F}$

I have examined spectroscopic factors for predominantly $1d_{5/2}$ single-particle states in isospin multiplets having $A=14-16$. Results indicate a serious problem with the width of the $5/2^{+}$ resonance in ${}^{15}\mathrm{F}$. Calculations provide recommended widths in ${}^{14}\mathrm{O}$ and ${}^{16}\mathrm{F}$.
