Abstract

The production cross sections of neutron-deficient isotopes Xe108110 and Ba112114 in the complete fusion reactions Ni58,56+Fe54 and Ni58,56+Ni58 with stable and radioactive beams are studied with the dinuclear system model. The calculated results are compared with the available experimental data. The optimal beam energies and corresponding maximum production cross sections of new isotopes Xe108 and Ba112 are predicted.
