Abstract
We compare recent experimental results for the spectroscopic properties of with theoretical results based on the new Hamiltonians USDA and USDB for the -shell model space. The implications for the proton single-particle energies in are discussed. Conclusions are drawn about the level scheme of and the accuracy of the new Hamiltonians from these comparisons.
