Abstract
We report the results of electrical-resistivity measurements in the temperature interval 1.5–300 K on the pseudoternary system . Replacement of Si by Ge results in a decrease of the Néel temperature as well as of the Kondo temperature. This observation supports an earlier conclusion that is situated at the peak of Doniach’s magnetic phase diagram. This study establishes that is an antiferromagnetic Kondo lattice.
