Abstract
Neutron inelastic scattering from normal liquid at K and wave vectors in the region reveals the existence of propagating collective excitations, as measured by peaks at finite energies in the dynamical structure factor . The spectra are in some respects similar to spectra of the superfluid liquid. The relation to other normal liquids, in particular to Rb and Ar, is discussed.
