Abstract
We report first configuration interaction calculations of hyperfine constants and the effective electric field acting on the electric-dipole moment of the electron, in two excited electronic states of . A combined scheme of correlation calculations is also developed and applied to studying the core properties. The obtained hyperfine constants, for the state and for the state, are in very good agreement with the experimental data, and , respectively. We find for , and for .
