Abstract

Using the hyperradial adiabatic expansion method, dμ+t collisions at thermal energies are studied in a two-state approximation. Analytic expressions for the lowest two hyperradial adiabatic potentials and their nonadiabatic correction terms are derived to order 1/R4 for large values of hyperradius R. .AE
