Independent Control of Scattering Lengths in Multicomponent Quantum Gases

Abstract

We develop a method of simultaneous and independent control of different scattering lengths in ultracold atomic gases, such as K40 or a K40Li6 mixture. Our method can be used to engineer multicomponent quantum phases and Efimov trimer states.
