Abstract
We present results for the branching fractions and charge asymmetries in (where ) and a search for the decay using a sample of approximately pairs collected by the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy Factory at SLAC. We measure , where the first error is statistical and the second is systematic. The signal has a significance of including systematic uncertainties. We simultaneously measure the branching fraction to be . The charge asymmetries are and . We place a 90% confidence-level upper limit on the branching fraction of .
