Abstract

We propose that the recently discovered resonance in e+e annihilation is a member of the 15 ⊕ 1 dimensional representation of the SU(4) group. This hypothesis is consistent with the various experimental features reported for the resonance. In addition, we make a prediction for the masses of the charmed vector mesons belonging to the same representation.
