Abstract

In flat space there is a long-range 1r5 potential between two collections of matter arising from the exchange of neutrino pairs between them. It is shown that a Kerr black hole cannot exert a weak-interaction force of this kind. A Kerr black hole has no exterior neutrino field with classical effects.
