Abstract
We report the first observation of , a Cabibbo- and color-suppressed decay in a data sample of events collected at the resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy collider. We observe signal events with a statistical significance of including systematic uncertainties. The measured branching fraction and charge-asymmetry is and , respectively. We also determine the ratio .
