Abstract
Recent violation results in decays suggest that penguins may have large weak phase. This can be realized by the four generation (standard) model. Concurrently, and mixing allow for sizable only if it is nearly imaginary. Such large effects in transitions would affect transitions, as kaon constraints would demand . Using to bound , we infer sizable . Imposing , and constraints, we find few with large phase, enhancing to or even higher. Interestingly, and are not much affected, as .
