Abstract

We discuss, in the context of certain recent experimental results, the possibility that baryon antidecuplets exist in nature, and conclude that current data are consistent with this possibility. Analysis of long-range elastic forces in meson-baryon systems suggests that an antidecuplet may have spin-parity ½+.
