22Mg and the 21Na(p,γ) reaction rate

Abstract

We investigate the structure of 22Mg just above the proton threshold using shell-model and Coulomb-energy calculations. Our results disagree with some earlier work in identifying which levels are most important for the 21Na(p,γ) reaction.
