Abstract
Recent information concerning the level at 2643 keV is still consistent with a assignment of We use new experimental information on the mirror -decay width, together with an evaluation of the isospin nonconserving effects, to obtain for the reaction which is of interest for the astrophysical rapid-proton capture process.
