Localizing two interacting electrons in a driven quantum dot molecule

Abstract

We present a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of localization of two interacting electrons in a double quantum dot under the interaction with an external field. The dynamics of the system, after appropriate approximations, is studied by an effective two-level system which allows for analytic solutions.
