Abstract
We report unusual behavior of the low-temperature thermopower of nonequilibrium substitutional solid solutions. The thermopower and resistivity results suggest that the low-temperature anomalies of these parameters are likely due to electron-phonon interaction enhancement in the vicinity of the fcc lattice instability in these superconductors.
