Abstract

This paper describes the influence of nonlinear interaction of a two-level atom with a single-mode field via one-photon interaction on the squeezing properties of the radiation and the fluctuations of the atomic dipole variables. The thermal Jaynes-Cummings model nonlinear in occupation number is used.
