Algebra of Current Components and Decay Widths of $\rho$ and $K^{*}$ Mesons

By using the equal-time commutation relations of the chiral $\mathrm{SU}\left(3\right)\mathrm{}\otimes \mathrm{SU}\left(3\right)\mathrm{}$ current algebra and the notion of partially conserved axial-vector current, decay widths of the $\rho$ and $K^{*}$ mesons are calculated and compared with experiment.
